Get summer-ready from the inside out with our Beginners to Beyond Yoga Course, lovingly guided by Claire and Sarah.
A perfect reset—spiritual, energising, and soul-nourishing.
New to yoga or reconnecting? You’ll be welcomed into a warm, friendly community where encouragement flows and transformation begins.
Through gentle movement, guided meditation, and thoughtful teaching, you’ll realign your energy and wellness in the perfect space to learn and grow.
This course is designed to guide you through the Yoga Journey.
We work at a slower pace, breaking down postures, breathing techniques, and Holistic Wellness.
Recommended for beginners or returners looking to build strength and flexibility—slowly and carefully, discovering the benefits Yoga brings to Body and Mind.
Course Dates: 17th June - 24th - 1st July - 8th - 15th

Build strength and confidence as you turn upside down as you learn to balance from the ground up.
In this workshop, you'll practice strengthening and flexibility sequencing, deepen your understanding of technique and proprioception, and experience first hand what a confident inversion feels like.
You'll learn skills for head stands to forearm balances. Modifications for every level no matter where you are in your practice.
We recommend that you are involved in practicing Yoga weekly.
You will leave this workshop with confidence and knowledge to incorporate inversions within your weekly Yoga practice.
This workshop will have limited attendance offering one 2 one advice.
