As the longest night of the year gently unfolds, we gather to honor the Winter Solstice — a time of deep rest, reflection, and renewal.

In the stillness of winter, nature reminds us that darkness is not an end, but a fertile space for transformation — a sacred pause before the light returns.

This Winter Solstice Gathering is a soulful invitation to slow down and reconnect with your inner light, honoured by ritual, movement, sound, and stillness.

Join us for an evening of reflection and restoration, designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Together, we will move through a heart-centered journey that includes:

✨ Grounding Yoga – gentle movement to awaken warmth and presence

✨ Restorative Yoga – deeply supported postures to release tension and restore balance

✨ Guided Reflection & Journaling – a sacred space to honour the closing year and call in what’s next

Rest & Renewal: A New Year’s Ritual with Sarah

As the year draws to a close, step away from the noise and sparkle of the season and gift yourself a quiet moment to pause and breathe.

Rest & Renewal is an evening designed to help you unwind, reflect, and gently reset before stepping into the new year.

We’ll move through a calm, nurturing blend of gentle yoga, somatic movement, yin, and yoga nidra; practices that invite your body to soften, your mind to settle, and your energy to rebalance.

Woven through the session will be moments of reflection and simple rituals to help you release what’s ready to be left behind and set clear, heartfelt intentions for 2026.

Expect candlelight, essential oils, oracle cards, and soothing music to create a cocoon of calm - a space where you can rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and begin the new year feeling clear, centred, and quietly inspired.

Renewal Soundbath: Yoga Nidra & Gong Sound Bath Journey with Natalie Crompton, Gong Master

Join the incredibly talented, Natalie Crompton, as we step into the very beginning of the year, a time of renewal, intention-setting and gentle reawakening. This is a moment when the stillness of winter holds us, the returning light begins to stir, and we are invited to pause, breathe and listen.

This evening is a guided journey into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep.” This deeply restful practice takes you to a place between waking and sleeping, allowing your body to fully relax while your mind stays gently aware. In this liminal space, old tensions melt, the nervous system resets, and your whole being can receive renewal.

Following Yoga Nidra, you will be immersed in a Gong Sound Bath. The rich tones and frequencies of the gongs work on a cellular level. We are mostly water, and water is an excellent conductor of vibration. These sound waves entrain your brain into calming states (alpha), dreamlike states (theta), and even deep sleep (delta), helping you release what no longer serves and anchor into inner peace.

This session is designed to feel like floating in a calm sound bath, a space where you can deeply rest, restore and realign with yourself.

An Improvers Course to develop heighten your Yoga experience.

Led by Claire Founder La Maison Yoga & Wellness.

Suitable for those who have already invested in a Beginners course. Have an element of Yoga awareness and want to develop your Yoga practice and learn more about the fundamentals of Yoga experiencing more insight of Yoga styles & techniques.

You may already be attending a Yoga Class, but wish to take time perfecting postures, developing more intricate asanas, creating time to build strength and further awareness enhancing your own practice.

Do you want to return to Yoga? And feel you would benefit from this amazingly crafted Improvers Course.

Throughout this course we will tap into varying styles of Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork as well tap into a more Spiritual and holistic aspects of the practice. Have time to develop further techniques and yoga posutres.
