A perfect Monday morning practice to set you up for the week ahead, have the luxury of landing on the mat in this perfect calm studio.
Immerse yourself in the perfect calming practice of Yin allowing the body to feel the nourishing stretches, working through the deepest muscles, connective tissues, ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks. Yin works on the inner body to feel more vitality, younger and healthier.
Finish with a yoga sequence to re-energise, release, detox, to feel invigorated to start your week ahead

Beginner plus friendly
Yoga offers healthy tools for healthy ageing , strength, flexibility, balance and calming of the mind.
A class crafted to offer a Gentle Yoga, compassionate practise where Yoga movement is gentle, working at a slower pace taking into consideration, no knees, no weight bearing. (Option to work with the support of a Chair, where necessary, options are available throughout)
The intention of this Class is to be able to honour what your body is able to do as we get older.
Helps lower blood pressure, strengthens joints, keeps the body moving, builds confidence in movement, allows us the freedom to breath correctly, stimulates the brain, aids relaxation, helps with anxiety.

A perfect practice to explore the much needed benefits of a Yang to Yin Yoga practice, needed within your weekly routine. A class that enables us to explore two Yoga practices within one, developing more awareness with your Yoga journey.
Work through a Flow practice enhancing the Yang benefits of movement and breath-work, through the body, allowing you to clear and re-focus the mind and build heat within the body, true Yang style.
Complete the practice working through much needed nurturing Yin postures allowing us to take long nourishing stretches through the deepest muscles, connective tissues, ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks. Yin works on the inner body allowing you to re-align your flow of energy.

Class Passes
Available to be used on all classes, not including Workshops/Events or Courses
Always Pre Book your class via the booking system
Ensure you are aware of the Cancellation Policy

48 hour cancellation/transfer to credit policy
It is important to be aware of the timescales of your class passes, the studio will not extend any passes due to lack of understanding
Always use the WAITLIST on the booking system if a class is showing as full, spaces do become available, you will be notified via email
If you have committed to a class, please show up.
So many people want time on the Yoga mat
Classes cannot be refunded once booked however if cancelled within 48 hours prior to your booked class can be transferred within 9 days.
To do this please use your booking confirmation email and follow these steps:
Click on the 'View Booking' link.
Click on the 'Ticket Options' button and then the blue 'Transfer Ticket' button.
You will then be able to reschedule your class.
